Heal. Empower. Rebuild.

Our Mission

Welcome to the Sexual Violence Resource Center of the Bluegrass, where education, advocacy, and support come together in the fight against sexual violence.

We are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive space to empower survivors while engaging and educating communities about combatting sexual violence in all forms.

Our mission is to be a beacon of hope and a force for change for survivors of sexual violence across the 17 counties we serve. The Sexual Violence Resource Center of the Bluegrass works to empower individuals, educate communities, and advocate for the prevention of sexual violence.

Together, we stand with survivors to challenge the unacceptable and to build a future where all individuals are respected, valued, and empowered to thrive.

For Survivors

Our purpose is clear: To provide unwavering assistance and advocacy for those impacted by sexual trauma. Here, survivors find a lifeline of compassion, understanding, and empowerment as they navigate their healing journey. From safety and medical information to counseling and a 24/7 sexual assault hotline, our resources are readily available to support survivors through their healing journey.
